Reading: Marc. 1:1-22
Principle of Good News Yehoshu ‘the Messiah, the Son of the eternal God Y’HWH. 2 As it is written in the prophet Malahiá: Behold before thy face sending my messenger, who will prepare your way; 3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness: Prepare the way of Y’HWH, make his paths straight; 4 thus appeared Y’ochanan, the Baptist in the wilderness, preaching a baptism of repentance for the remission of sins. 5 And there went out unto him all the land of Yehudeia, and all the inhabitants of Yehoshaléym; and were baptized by him in Yahen River, confessing their sins. 6 Now Y’ochanan wore a tunic of camel’s hair, and a tallit leather around his waist, and ate locust and wild honey. 7 And he preached, saying: There cometh after me he that is mightier than I, who am not worthy to stoop down and untie the thong of sandals. 8 I have baptized you with water; but he shall baptize you in the Spirit. 9 And it came to pass in those days Yehoshu ‘from Nazareth of Galil, and was baptized by the Y’ochanan Yahen. 10 And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him; 11 And there came a voice from heaven: Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased. 12 Immediately the Spirit drove them into the desert. 13 And he was in the wilderness forty days, tempted by Satan; was among the beasts, and the angels ministered unto him. 14 Now after Y’ochanan was delivered, came Yehoshu ‘for Galil preaching the good news of eternal God 15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is come eternal. Repent and believe the good news. 16 And walking by the Sea of Galil (Lake Kinneret), saw Shimon, and Andrew his brother Shimon, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers. 17 He told them Yehoshu ‘Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men. 18 And they straightway left their nets and followed him. 19 And going a little farther, he saw Ya’acov, son of Zavdai and Y’ochanan, his brother, who were in their boat mending the nets, 20 and straightway he called them; they left their father in the boat with Zavdai employees, followed. 21 They entered K’farNachum; and straightway on the sabbath he going to synagogue, hold teaching. 22 And they were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as one having authority and not as the scribes.
The revelation that the prophet received Y’ochanan to safely submit Yerroshu ‘as the Messiah to Israel, the sign was the Holy Spirit show up in pomba.Y format’ oc.1: 33. After the consecration in Yahen River by Y’ochanan Yerroshu ‘was driven into the desert where he was subjected to temptation; winner of this stage Yerroshu ‘returns to the town in Galilee where he begins preaching the Good News of the kingdom of heaven.
