Theme: WHY NO SIN you live?
Reading: Rom.6 :1-23
What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? 2 From nenhum.Nós way, who died to sin, live any longer therein? 3 Or are ye ignorant that all we who were baptized into Yehoshu ‘Messiah were baptized into his death? 4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, so that as the Messiah was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we should walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection; 6 knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin more. 7 For he that is dead is freed from sin. 8 Now if we died with Messiah, we believe that we shall also live with him, 9 knowing that the Messiah has risen from the dead, dies no more; death no longer has dominion over ele.10 For in that he died, once for all died to sin, but as for live, live for God eterno.11 So likewise ye; reckon yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive to Y’HWH; Yehoshu in ‘the Messias.12 not therefore reign in your mortal sin body, that ye should obey the lusts thereof 13 Neither; present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; more you bring forth the eternal God, as alive from the dead, and your members to God as instruments of righteousness. 14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under law but under grace. 15 What then? Shall we sin by‘re not under law but under grace? Not at all. 16 Know ye not, that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey them; you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? 17 But thanks to the eternal God that though you were slaves of sin, you have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered; 18 free from sin; you were slaves of righteousness. 19 I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity to iniquity, so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness. 20 For when ye were the servants of sin, stable free in relation to justice. 21 What fruit did you have then in the things you are now ashamed of? For the end of those things is death. 22 But now being made free from sin, have become slaves of the eternal God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of eternal life is Y’HWH in Yehoshu ‘the Messiah our Lord.
Certainly, because the Old Covenant teaching be necessary to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings for sins, some yerrudim (now Jewish) who had converted to the Way, were in suspense by not making use of those sacrifices in the worship of the New Covenant.
The way of allocating dip what is called baptism was introduced in the Congregation of the Messiah by Sha’ul and the twelve disciples at Ephesus pioneers.
